- Out of season by arrangement in Chateau des Barres, Gardener's Cottage, Blacksmith's Cottage and The Stable. Heating charge may be applicable.
- 25% deposit on booking.
- Balance and damage deposit are due 8 weeks prior to holiday as one single payment.
- Payment may be in £ sterling, international bankers draft or bank transfer.
- Breakage/damage deposit £1,000 for Chateau des Barres, £250 for Coachman's Lodge and the Coachman's Cottage, £100 for Gardener's Cottage, Gatekeeper's Cottage, Blacksmith's Cottage and The Stable with balance.
- Please note linen and towels are charged for at a rate of £20 per double/kingsize bed. £10 per single bed (this includes sheet, pillow cases and duvet cover) or cot sheet and blankets. Decorative quilts and quilted pillow cases are used in the Chateau for presentation purposes. Quilts, blankets, pillow cases, duvet covers and mattresses are for presentation purposes in all the other gites. These are not to be used solely without hired or clients own sheets and covers. £10 per towel (bath, hand and pool towels are available). Please note on the booking form if required. These will be payable with the balance 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
